Hot only - notes — gardenia | pancake syrup | viscous. This tea is certified organic. A prized style from Yunnan's pu'er prefecture, MA WEI MOONLIGHT is a partially-oxidized white tea produced at a 1:2 pluck in mid-autumn. Rich with plump buds, this shade-dried lot is a fine example of high elevation yue guang bai ("moonlight white"). Ample white flower character and luscious sweetness atop viscous mouthfeel.

Hot only - notes — white flowers | riesling grapes | soft JASMINE BAI HAO is an early spring-plucked, “bai hao” style green tea scented with Heng county jasmine blossoms. Produced with biodynamic large varietal leaves and rolled into semi-pearls. Layered with floral and wine grape qualities.

ICED HIBISCUS BERRY is an iced tisane blend of tart hibiscus flower, nutty rooibos, herbaceous lemongrass, and juicy zante currants. Syrupy, mouth-puckering, and fruit punch-like with zero added sugar.

Iced only - notes — ataulfo mango | roasted tea | juicy ICED MANGO BLACK is a single-estate black tea massaged with juicy mango essence. Tropical and smooth with thick body and ripe mango overtones.

Hot or Iced - Masala Chai Concentrate made from big leaf black tea and whole spices including cardamom seed, cinnamon bark, ginger root, peppercorn, and clove. Warm, spiced, and full-bodied, with ginger in a supporting role and subtle sweetness for balance.

Hot or Iced - MATCHA SONOGI | ceremonial grade notes — mizuna | anko | brothy SONOGI is a blended matcha from a cooperative of four tea producers overlooking Ōmura Bay in Nagasaki prefecture, Japan. Yabukita and Tsuyu cultivar tea trees are shaded with nylon tarps for 21 days, machine-harvested, and processed to tencha before milling to a particle diameter of 10-12 microns. Expect prominent sweetness and round umami.
